Custom ISO Container Sytems Up to 2500kVA(PRP)

Whether you require only a secure container to hold your generator or a fully sound attenuated system including fuel storage and distribution, we will supply any ISO container based system to suit your needs.
For systems up to 1600kVA we can install the generator, basic control panel and fuel system into a single 40' (or smaller) standard ISO container.
For larger systems, the fuel supply and/or engine cooling system may be installed externally. If a remote fuel supply is chosen as an option, the fuel connections are installed on the side of the container for easy access and maintenance.

To adhere to environmental regulations, on our standard designs, 100% of all fluids present in the system can be contained inside the enclosure. This would include lubrication oil, water and fuel oil.

Standard 20' System (6058mm)

A 'standard' ISO container system refers to an installation where the original shape and lifting points of the ISO container are left unchanged.

Modified 20' System

As in the case of the ADE Power Box PB20XT, the end of the container has been modified to accept a larger noise attenuator, making the footprint larger than that of a standard 20' ISO container.

Standard 40' System (12,192mm)

Typically for generators from 600-2500kVA. Again the container footprint remains unchanged in the standard 40' system. Depending on the size of the chosen generator, installed in the container would be the diesel generator, fuel tank, generator control module and noise attenuation system.

Modified 40' System

In the instance where a high power containerised generator is required which can be lifted into place using standard crane methods, but the chosen generator is too large to correctly fit inside a standard ISO container, the container can be widened to suit the machinery installed.

None Standard Systems & Sub Stations

ISO containers are used in our large generator enclosures due to their simple, standard design and steel construction.

Where a single container is not adequate for a project, or extra equipment is required near the generator, further containers can be added to house essential facilities.
For example: large bulk fuel tanks, HV transformer area, electricity distribution and change-over panels. (see our Sub stations)

On Site & Roadside Welfare Units

We also manufacture container based Welfare Units which provide a safe, dry area for site workers. The standard design includes 14kVA generator, kitchen, office, dry room, WC and dining area.
